You can sign up for a Courtesy Plus Card at any Discount Drug Mart location by visiting the Courtesy Center or Cosmetic Counter. A team member will collect some basic information and provide you with your card. After receiving your card, you will need to visit our website to activate it, create an online account, and update your information at any time. Once your card is activated, you can take advantage of Pro Point® offers and participate in our reward programs, including Baby Rewards, Hallmark Rewards, Premier Beauty Club, Photo Rewards and Eckrich Deli Rewards (available at select stores with a deli department).

Pro Points® are Discount Drug Mart’s way of rewarding you when you shop. Specific brands are Pro Point® eligible. Look for the Pro Points® logo when shopping. You must provide your Courtesy Plus Card or phone number associated with the card when checking out to receive the points you are eligible for. Customers will receive 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible brands. You can also earn Pro Points® on eligible prescriptions. You can redeem your Pro Points® at any time during the year for a variety of items, products and experiences. Items that are available are continuously updated and are subject to availability.

Yes, the current year Pro Points® will stop accumulating on December 31st each year. Pro Points® will accumulate each year from January 1st through December 31st . All Pro Point® rewards must be requested by January 31st of the following year. Points do not roll over to the following year. All points that are not used by January 31 st will expire and be removed from your account.

You can find out how many Pro Points® you have three ways:
1) Pro Point® totals are printed at the bottom of your receipt.
2) Visit discount-drugmart.com and log in to see how many points you have earned.
3) Go to the Courtesy Center at any Discount Drug Mart and provide your Courtesy Plus Card or phone number associated with card, and they can tell you how many points you have earned.

There are several ways that you will receive your tickets, depending on the event you have chosen. All the information can be found in the description when you redeem for tickets. Emailed tickets are sent to the email address on file with your Courtesy Plus Card. Please allow up to 48 hours or 2-3 business days for tickets to be sent. Sporting event tickets may not get sent to you through the appropriate app until 2-3 weeks before the event.

First, check your spam or junk mail to see if the tickets went there. If you still don’t see them, contact Customer Service for help at 1-800-833-6278 or 330-725-2340. Please note – for sporting events you must have the following apps to receive your tickets:

• Guardians tickets – MLB App
• Cavs or Monsters tickets – Seat Geek App
• Browns tickets – Browns app with ticket master account
• RubberDucks tickets – No app – MyProVenue account will be needed

State law requires our pharmacy to close for lunch so that our team members can enjoy an uninterrupted break. Drug Mart has chosen that time for consistency throughout our stores.

Discount Drug Mart takes pride in being involved in the local communities and receives many requests to participate in a variety of ways. Organizations can submit a request here. After Discount Drug Mart evaluates the request, the organizations will be contacted only if they are selected.

This request falls under Discount Drug Mart’s solicitation policy, which only allows scout troops and veterans’ groups to conduct fundraisers at the store level. Participation is handled directly by the specific store where the group would like to set up. The decision to approve or decline the fundraiser is made by the Store Manager and Store Supervisor.

To recover your username, click the “Forget?” link next to the Username field on the login page. You will be asked to enter the phone number and email address associated with your online profile. Once the system verifies that the information matches our records, your username will be emailed to you.

To recover your password click the “Forget?” link next to the Password field. Follow the prompts to reset your password. A password reset link will be sent to the email address on file with your online profile. Once you create a new password, you can return to the login page and sign in.

If you are using a cell phone, it’s very easy to accidentally tap the wrong letter or number when entering your phone number or email address. The recovery tool requires the information to match your profile exactly, and even one incorrect character will cause the system to say it does not match. When the correct information is entered, the system will automatically email your username or send your password reset link.
